Position Overview:
We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at a vibrant 350-unit community in Ft. Worth TX. The ideal candidate will have prior leasing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of ResMan and Knock is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents

• Assist with lease applications and renewals

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the leasing system

• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversion

• Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs

• Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents

• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and prospective tenants

• Conduct lease renewals and help ensure resident satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Previous leasing experience required

• Experience with ResMan or similar property management software is a plus

• Familiarity with Knock leasing software is a plus

• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
